So we all have that friend that comes over and leaves a few cans of White Claw in your fridge (pre-COVID at least). Or perhaps you frequently enjoy "the Claw" and are starting to find them a little bit boring. With summer right around the corner, here are a couple of recipes to repurpose that can of White Claw and spice it up a bit. A low carb/keto cocktail for all those disciplined folks out there and a "regular" cocktail for those of you who like nice things… Enjoy!
Claw and Order

Ingredients:
1 tbsp fresh ginger (chopped)
1 ½ inch of cucumber (chopped)
½ oz lime juice
1 ½oz gin
4 drops Burlesque bitters
1/2 can mango White Claw
Directions:
Muddle the ginger in your Boston shaker and add the rest of the ingredients except for the White Claw. Add ice and shake vigorously for ten seconds. Fine strain into a rocks glass using a hawthorn strainer and fine strainer. Add ice and top off with the White Claw. Garnish with a few lime wheels and a lime twist.
Murphy's Claw

Ingredients:
1 1/2oz rye whiskey
1oz lime juice
3/4oz chamomile simple syrup
2 bar spoons of Luxardo cherry syrup
4 dashes Angostura bitters
1/2 can mango White Claw
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients except the White Claw in your Boston shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for ten seconds. Fine strain into a rocks glass using a hawthorn strainer and fine strainer. Add ice and top off with the White Claw. Garnish with an orange twist.
